“J’accuse!” I accuse!! The sloppy media who have written on ‘science and religion” topics for generations with grossly imprecise and inaccurate statements amounting to crimes. As a practicing scientist for 60 years, and known worldwide for my science, I produce data, hard facts (not my opinions) to make my contributions to science, industry, and posterity. In the mass-press treatment of “science-religion” topics, I am insulted by the absurd confrontations engineered by black/white print and video media, and the ridiculous self-anointed representations of the position of “science” we are exposed to, from the most esoteric brand of science.
Who can be said to speak for “science?” First emblazon on your mind that science must have experimentally verifiable facts as its data.
Surely not the likes of Dawkins, Dennett, Hitchens, and Sam Harris? Not one of whom qualifies as any kind of (hard) scientist. Stephen Weinberg or Stephen Hawking, whom I respect enormously as brilliant experts in their fields, are distinguished enough in “science.” But astronomy and cosmology are not classical science (see Dr. James Gunn, Science, Vol. 317, 20 Sept. 2007; for similar sentiments, see Nobel laureate in Physics, Philip W. Anderson, in Superconductivity (ed. Parks, R. D.), Marcel Dekker, NY, 1969, vol. 2, pp. 1347–1348.).
A worthy media person should surely demand some standards of achievements, some survey, statistics, polls, how many, and in what kind of “science” a quoted expert has credentials. Never, never, never have I seen such in science/religion articles. J’accuse: the media of hiding their personal beliefs under such sloppy work—for selecting scientists in esoteric fields with a known bias, and with zero knowledge of contemporary religion, for a strawman debate on “science” and “religion”.
I propose a NCIS approach instead, as better science. Get the facts first. Who represents science? There are over 5.5 million engineers and scientists in the United States. Who does the real science that the world recognizes as “scientists?” For example, I believe most citizens would accept designers and engineers from Intel, Kodak, or Caterpillar as “scientists.” There are approximately 20,000 physicists and 100,000 chemists in the U.S. who qualify by title largely in Universities and sound research labs. Among these there are probably 3000-5000 theoretical physicists, astronomers, and particle physicists, etc. in the country. However good their “science,” can it fix a light bulb?
Ben Stein, in his detailed, scientific critique of the current biased debate, unearthed amazing facts about some scientists’ fanatic commitments. Although the movie was poorly named “Expelled” it includes essential information to highlight facts on science and scientists. The “Darwinists,” largely funded in the U.S. approximately 20 years before the Nazis, used gas-chambers and furnaces to kill off handicapped citizens. It’s true! All of this is documented in living color!!
In Stein’s movie, the tour guide explains that those who were so dispatched were referred to as “useless eaters,” not carrying their weight in the world. Is there a parallel here among “non-performing” scientists who do not produce anything of value to society? “Useless scientists??”
To represent science, let’s use the real, useful hard science from the last 200 years that the public at large accepts as good and valuable, experiments on stuff you can touch and feel, “results you can measure and repeat a dozen times,” where friend’s and competitor’s experiments confirm or deny your work, and mainly—yes, mainly—on something of value to society. That’s what I have been trying to do for 60 years. (Visit Google for the records.) American citizens think the media are referring to such scientists and their fields when they see absurd headlines about “scientists” denying (yes, “deniers”) the possibility of spiritual healing, previous lives, or eternal life. Which scientists? Who are checking the facts? What percentage are useless eaters vs. real hard scientists?
How come the “deniers” are never confronted by facts and investigated by a reporter who has carefully gathered them from senior scientific authorities. For example, Prof. Larry Dossey’s data on the huge percentage of doctors who pray with or for patients: about their “belief” in miracles? Why is the hard data for pure scientific and spiritual healing by the shamans of Hawaii by Jeanne Achterberg never mentioned? All are recorded on MRI scans. Or the three decades of research and data collected by Professors Ian Stephenson and Jim Turner at the University of Virginia on reincarnation here and now, worldwide. Remember, in science one white crow destroys your theory of “all crows are black.”
Real science and real religion (not theology) have done well together in describing overlapping views of reality. That is the biggest opportunity for 21st Century Science.

There is so much I want to say about the content of this article it is incredibly difficult to pick a place to begin… but I think this would be a good place to start:

Are you at all familiar ewith the term “argumentum ad populum” Professor Roy? I am somewhat confident that you are, so I find it bewildering that I find you here appaling to what “most people” would accept as a scientist as if what a scientist is is a question of the majorities vote on the matter.
I will state that I happen to be one of those engineers of which you speak. I work for a company that designs semiconductor capital equipment… incredibly complex and ridiculously precise pieces of technology.
I am not a scientist. I am an engineer. There is a difference. I apply science, I do not perform science. I do not care if the general public, who generally lack a great deal of familiarity with what scientists actually are, might think I am one. I’m not. I know this, and you should know this. As for this statement:

What could you possibly have been thinking when you wrote that sentence? Here you are, on a forum where you are complaining vociferously about scientists tendencies not to want to intertwine science and mysticism/religion and to keep science confined strictly to objective realms of inquiry… and then you have the nerve to deride fields of study such as cosmology and theoretical physics… the scientific investigation into the origins of the universe and the deepest mechanics of how it operates… as somehow only being “science” enclosed in quotation marks because peope can’t use it to repair a toaster or build a better lawn mower? That these people should not be considered properly repsrentative of “real” science and scientists because the general public isn’t practically applying their findings to increase the gas mileage on their car or get better voice quality on their cell phones?
And then to jump directly from railing against scientists who in your opinion do not produce sufficiently practically applicable scientific findings in a day to day setting and admonishing your readers to emblazon on their minds that science must have experimentally verifiable facts as data… to calling people who dismiss things such as past lives and eternal life (two things somewhat lacking in verifiable facts underlying the claims about them) *deniers*? That takes impressive gall.
I’m going to avoid even commenting on your statements about Stein’s disgraceful little piece of propaganda… I do not think I could do so and remain anything even remotely resembling civil.
This first reply is a perfect example of human life: even two intelligent scientifically oriented adults cannot agree with one another. I have only one word in reply: Medjugorje. I sympathize with commenter Grant’s frustrations.
Roy’s column does not bode well for a expecting reasoned discussion on this site. His attitude towards those who apparently do not fit his criteria as qualified thinkers about the interaction between religion and science suggest that if you’re not a scientist by his definition, then hold your breath. Dawkins and Harris are indeed scientists, and ones who happen to be able to communicate well to nonscientists. Dennett is probably one of the most respected and most scientifically informed philosophers scientists in the world. Hitchens is a well-informed and very articulate cultural observer. All are qualified to submit ideas to the public for consideration. None deserve to be dismissed with “the likes of” language and a claim that they are not qualified to think in this area because they are not hard scientists. Perhaps Roy is not qualified to think about religion because he is not a hard philosopher or theologian.
I agree that not only journalists, but also many scientists, philosophers, and others all use their terms in very sloppy ways. When speaking of religion, many have a hidden assumption that “religion” equals belief in a supernatural creator. When speaking of atheism, many assume that atheists are certain of their beliefs and not open-minded, or that atheists are against religion itself (vs. merely opposed to the idea of a supernatural person). Many (such as Deepak Chopra) loosely throw around the term “consciousness” and “quantum” (often together) without defining what they mean and if they are indeed positing something different from the physical world and supporting a continuation of Cartesian dualism. Many also claim that religion and science are not in conflict, when it is clear that over the last 4 centuries science has rendered many religious beliefs as outmoded, unscientific or superstitious ideas. Maybe some aspects of religion and science are not in conflict, but many scientists, philosophers, and others fail to be specific and to acknowledge these basic historical facts. Sloppy thinking in writing on religion and science seems to be the norm.
Finally, Roy cites so-called “hard data” and research on spiritual healing, previous lives, or eternal life” as also ignored by biased or sloppy media. But if this research itself is not sloppy, it should be qualified to be published in major peer-reviewed journals, so that journalists for the popular media could report on it with some confidence in it veracity. But as Carl Sagan once said, extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence, and these studies have not offered it.

A QUESTION OF ‘REALITY’
One day a student inquired of his master: “Master, in my meditation a question keeps cropping up and I am unable to find a proper answer to it. Why is it that we, human beings, live in so many realities seemingly at the same time. Does this not bring confusion to the mind? ”
The Master pondered this question a while and replied: “You are quite correct in your deep and perceptive question, but we do not live in many realities at one and the same time. Every reality is lived in an allotted duration of time.
When you are at home the various and many jobs you do are contained in their individual period of time as if they are contained in individual sheaths. Likewise, when in your workplace you will get involved in various jobs of work but each job will be contained in its own period of time.
This is the same with each and every function or action you get involved in. BUT…, you can never do two things in the same instance in time. For example: even when you talk whilst eating the two actions are separated by nano-seconds. Although you don’t seem to realize this fact it makes you imagine that you are doing two things at one and the same time.
Keep in mind whilst eating your tongue will be transmitting information to the brain analysing the various flavours in the meal, sometimes making you remember a flavour you had at some place during some time in the past, or a flavour that seems strange to you.
Likewise your eyes will be monitoring the person you are speaking with and at the same time observing your surroundings and taking note of anything that is out of the ordinary.
Your ears will be listening to what the other person is saying and it is also transmitting to your brain various other sounds that emanate around you, such as some music, a bird making sounds, a dog barking, a clock ticking, etc;
Your nose will convey the fragrance of the food you are partaking in and other smells that emanate around you.
Your skin – the epidermis – will be conveying information to your brain about the texture of the food you are eating via the tongue, the condition of the seat you are seated on – whether it is too hard or too soft etc; – via the buttocks, and from your whole body what sort of temperature surrounds you.
Whilst all this is happening your thoughts will be drifting into various other situations such as what you have to do in the afternoon or the next day, the people you have to meet etc; and also it will drift into certain imaginative states and create future possibilities and with it …….delusions .
All these five senses appear to be working at one and the same time.
Try to consider all these happenings similar to a rope. A rope which appears to be one solid construction
actually consists or comprises of a great many individual strands of threads spun together to make one rope.
If a rope could talk it would praise itself by saying how strong it is not admitting to the fact that the rope in the true reality is really non-existent.
What happens to the rope when it is unravelled and all the strands of individual thread become separate. Does the rope exist then? To where does the rope disappear”
The human body is similar in its construction. It is an aggregate of several individual components such as structural cells. These cells are programmed with their individual functions to create plasma, various glandular secretions, muscle, bone, hair,etc; and then there are various living beings such as parasites, flukes, bacteria, virus, etc; that are part and parcel of the the physical body.
The adult human body is made-up of 80 to 120 trillion cells (depending on its size) and certain bio-energies flow through these cells keeping each and every cell in a compacted state (glued together) making-up the physical body. Un-glue all the components and the human body will not exist, just like the rope.”
“Master”, the student responded, “What is the real reason as to why we have so many realities. Can the brain cope with all of them in one human existence?”
“That is the great beauty and the incomprehensible wisdom of the Creative Force” the master replied.” We have been endowed with great wisdom to discern and separate those realities that are delusional. These realities are put there to separate the true and dedicated seeker of the truth from those who are fickle and fanciful. As indulging in such fanciful realities makes people waste precious time of the little that they are allotted when no good will ever come from indulging in them.
They are similar to a mirage – it appears to be real but in reality it does not exist.
If I were to say that I know the reason for ‘Creation’ then I’m being egotistical to the extreme because in other words I am placing myself on par with the Creative Force.”
“Master, I cannot comprehend that, could you please elucidate?” said the student.
” ‘Creation’ in its true reality is but a composite of numerous realities, and these realities in themselves are but bio-energies of different and various strengths working together to create certain physical manifestations
for specific purposes, and no created entity will ever know the true reason for its creation.
Therefore, to know the true reality of your existence – the true meaning of who you really are – is impossible, but to know a greater part of it is possible.”

A SPIRITUAL VAGRANT
A master and his student were meditating on the bank of a river when some children came upon them. Not realizing that these two people were communicating with their highest spiritual selves – the Paramathma – the children began throwing pebbles and twigs in an attempt to disturb the two thinking that these two were vagrants.
One boy pelted a large rock at the master that struck him just over his left eye and it began to bleed profusely causing the master to awake from his meditation in extreme pain. But the master said nothing but remained as tranquil as one could be. At the same time his student too awoke and seeing his master bleeding and in pain, lost his temper, grabbed a stick and chased after the children beating them mercilessly.
The master shouted out to the student to stop beating the children and to come back and continue with his meditation. The student stopped beating the children who had begun to run back to their homes howling in pain. When he came up to the master he inquired: “Master, why did you make me stop beating them? They should be taught a lesson not to throw stones at people, and more so, not to disturb people who are meditating.”
The master thought for a moment before he replied with a question: ” Do you know on what we were meditating?”
“Yes!” replied the student, “We were meditating on why most people fail to reach the realm of peace and tranquility within themselves”
‘And do you think that you have reached that position through your meditation?” asked the master
Knowing his master well and knowing that he would never ask such a question unless he had some reason, the student pondered the reason for this question. Going deep into his mind he saw that the incident made him lose his tranquility because he felt anger at the children for hurting his master and also he realized his anger arose from the humiliation he felt at being treated with disrespect and by children at that.
“Yes!! Master I now realize my mistake and my folly.” He replied.
“But you have not really understood nor realized the deeper significance of what happened here today” said the master. “Listen carefully about a fact of Life that even most intelligent people are unable to comprehend. Nature as we know it is creation that is manifest and what we are able to perceive with our five senses, but Life is the force or energy behind the manifestation which only the fully spiritually developed are able to perceive when the five senses are developed to a level beyond that which is classed as ‘Normal’ as well as “Physical”.
When one reaches that level one does not hear, taste, see, smell, and touch with one’s bodily or physical attributes because one then is beyond the physical realm and is governed by one’s spiritual attributes that are incorporated in one’s cellular life force energy.
Also understand that we were brought to this location to meditate because our combined destinies had wanted it to be so in order that our individual destines could be played out.
Every living being has two destinies that propel them through Life. One is their individual or personal destiny and the other is their collective or combined destiny that they have together with one or more living beings.
I knew that we were brought to this particular place for a special reason. I could have altered my destiny for I have the knowledge and experience to do so but I did not want to prevent it from happening because it would have interfered with our combined destiny and prevented you from learning the important lesson in your experience of today.
Most of our destinies take root or are born when we are asleep or unconscious, and are put into action when we are in our conscious and physically active state. The physical world is a very small place when we are in our spiritual state. This is when we, the life force energy that comprises us, are able to
Travel where ever it needs to in the spirit realm, places far far beyond the physical realm. Some call this ‘Astral travel’ and scientists call it ‘remote viewing’, which is only a small part of its incredible ability.
This knowledge I will give out or explain in detail at a later date.
However much we are spiritually evolved there are certain occasions that we have to allow our destiny at that time to play out in order to evolve a step further or to assist another face their own destiny and to keep the spiritual equilibrium of Nature in place. If everyone who has the knowledge and power to alter their combined or collective destinies intentionally do so, then the Nature of this planet would be thrust out of its equilibrium and chaos would rule the world. The reason for is because the collective destinies of all sentient beings living on this planet are interlinked with the individual destiny of the planet and if there is a sudden change in either one it would create an imbalance in the energy equilibrium between the two and the weaker shall pay the price.
This is only because the destiny/s born in the spirit realm must or has to be played out in the physical realm and if for some reason this is prevented from taking place the pressure arising from accumulated energy of various actions done in the spirit realm increases to a point where an implosion would take place disrupting the equilibrium of the physical realm. Hence, this is one of the the causes for the so-called ‘Natural catastrophes’ that take place.
The excess energy of the spiritual realm being released in the physical realm is akin to a ‘pressure release valve’ doing its part in order to maintain the harmony between the two realms.
One thing, I should emphasize on, that has affected humanity in unbelievable and negative ways is the colossal damage that is caused by human beings polluting nature via various toxins. Those being added during the growing of various kinds of food, in the preparation of commercialized food, via medicines, polluting and making toxic the underground water table, and polluting the air/atmosphere we breathe.
These toxins have altered the energy level of the thought processes that were put in place in man by the Divine Creative Force and in turn has altered and is altering the energy and frequency of the psychic cord that keeps our physical body bonded with our life force energy.
Ultimately, when the energy imbalance continues to escalate there will come a point when there is a breakdown in the energy level of the psychic cord in the majority of human beings and this would be the cause for a major and irreversible breakdown between the spiritual and physical realms that would see the destruction of Earth and mankind far more than it has ever been seen.
To most people all this information will be unacceptable because it sounds unbelievable but to those who have been on the path of true spiritual development for some years know it is the truth although it cannot be scientifically proven, like proving the existence of GOD.
To explain further: One’s individual destiny is when one slips and falls on a floor wet by rain or ice and breaks a leg or when one wins a lottery or some such thing without another human deliberately influencing the happening. One’s collective or combined destiny is put into action when a tragedy occurs to everyone in a particular group – to people travelling together in a vehicle or groups or families of people dying during a tsunami or flood or when an action of yours or another person’s could cause some tragedy or even something really beneficial and good to another.
Thus one could conclude that ‘Destiny’ and “Karma’ to be one and the same. Because what one does in one’s physical and conscious state is monitored and replayed at a higher level in the spiritual realm and vice-versa. When one is in the spiritual realm it does not mean that one is controlled and prevented from doing an act that would be classed as selfish, hateful, mean, or harmful to another in the same realm. No!!!
As long as ‘consciousness’ remains as an active form of energy in the physical realm it should continue to be so also in the spiritual realm. Otherwise, how could one’s life force energy function in that realm without a process similar to ‘thinking’ for only thought is able to precipitate an action for without the power of thought there could be no resulting action.”
“Does this mean Master that when we are in the spiritual realm unwittingly or without conscious intent as when we are asleep we behave in a similar manner to what we do when we are in the waking state and in the physical realm”? Questioned the student.
“Yes!!! Replied the Master, Every action of ours in the spiritual realm is in no way dissimilar to the actions performed in the physical realm. It is for this very reason that in meditation we, with conscious intent, project our thoughts into our Mind and thus into the spiritual realm. This action alone keeps us conscious to everything that takes place in that realm and these memories we are able to bring back to the physical realm when we come out of the meditative state. Whereas this does not happen when we go to into the spiritual realm when we fall asleep or are unconscious. Our actions in that realm remain unknown to us because we remain unable to recall them owing to the energy difference that prevails between these two realms that helps keep them apart, energy and frequency wise.
When we enter the spiritual realm we interact with others of the same species but are kept apart from beings alien to our kind by the differences in the frequency levels of our physical bodies which in turn influences our cellular life forces. Whatever acts of good or bad, positive or negative we execute in the spiritual realm we have to play out in the physical realm.
In our spiritual state we came to this particular river bank and were meditating when a band of children disturbed us but because we were in deep meditation you did not mete out any punishment to these children but underwent their ignorant behaviour with patience and compasson. Such is the greatness of our five senses when we go into the spiritual realm with conscious intent.
When this same scenario was played out when we were in the conscious and physical realm because your senses are not truly evolved to the extent as when in the spiritual realm, you reacted violently. This is the lesson that was in this experience which you have to learn and evolve to a higher spiritual level.”
On hearing this advice the student burst into tears as he was totally grateful to his master for teaching him the real meaning of compassion that must be underpinned with wisdom for one of them alone would never solve any great issue.
This story is to teach those who are true seekers of spiritual development that before you go to sleep at night or even during the day, you must protect yourself – both your physical self as well as your spiritual self – with certain mantras (words of power) or even tried and tested religious prayers of protection, otherwise you become a pawn to other spirit entities in the spiritual realm that will affect you in various ways – physically and mentally – when back in the physical realm.
This is a major factor in the causation of disease to the physical body and also of mental aberrations.
In not being able to protect oneself in the two realms one loses one’s ‘inborn’ ability to develop spiritually and thereby one ends up being a spiritual vagrant.

WHAT IS ‘SELF-RESPECT’ ?
‘Self-respect’ is a word that is fast losing its meaning in this epoch of unmitigated evil. Evil has raised its head in many forms but the worst is in the form of ‘Greed’ and the uncontrollable desire it invokes even to the extent of destroying the lives of living beings in order to achieve one’s goal/s. But, how many understand the word ‘Evil’ in its spiritual sense, because the word ‘evil’ is loosely used in today’s vocabulary with no proper comprehension of it actual meaning.
‘Evil’ arises when a person with conscious intent, well knowing that what they are doing is wrongful, does some wrong to another or even to themselves, causing; Hurt / Pain to body and mind, Loss or deprivation, and /or Polluting the mind of an innocent person by temptation, and /or Forcing a person to do some act against their will. The act of evil is compounded when repeatedly done and the retributory consequence is far greater.
Forget not that even you could be forced to go against your principles (spiritual and moral ethics) by the certain powerful thought forms that possess you at a particular time. You must ask yourself from where do these intoxicating and demanding thought forms arise and why am I powerless to stop them from controlling my actions?
Whatever be the cause if any of the above acts done disrespects another being, in turn it destroys one’s respect for oneself.
The question that then arises: Who is the doer? Is it the physical body or one’s consciousness? One should know that the ‘Consciousness’ of a person is a source of energy that is the intermediary between the Mind and the physical body which arises from the brain (Persona) and is dependant on the energies of the five senses.
The Mind, on the other hand, is an intrinsic part of the Divine Creative Force that pervades all of Creation and it is this divine energy which comprises us that has to be
respected.
As long as we are attached to and are controlled by our consciousness we will never be able to evolve spiritually.
In order for us to free ourselves from its dictates we have to be strong enough to control its actions. Who is the ‘we’ I am taking about? The ‘we’ I speak of is the Mind which is over and above the consciousness. This is why through deep and consistent meditation Yogis of India are able to free themselves from the clutches of their consciousness and live in their Minds free from all types of pollution – physical and mental.
When you live in your Mind, you live in constant purity of thought and action and in harmony with everything around you. There is no discord within you. This means that every action of yours is so done never to intentionally cause pain of body or mind or sorrow to another living being. In this way whatever you do will be done with the highest level of love, kindness, and compassion; whether it is to truly love another person (in a relationship / marriage), or even when making love to another the fulfillment derived is immeasurable. But, to achieve this level of joy there should never arise thoughts of lust and carnality for these will destroy the purity of that act, and also respect, not only for the other person but also for yourself.
Without knowing how to respect your own self how can you be expected to respect another person, be they the one you so imagine you love, your parents, your own family, your teachers, etc; etc;? This is what has caused so much decadence and misery in this world. But, most people who know it don’t want to do anything to change the situation, because they have become slaves to a system of rule and governance which arises from greed and self-gain for those who do the governing.
You may advise, guide, or even reprimand another person but if it were done with the purity of love, kindness, and compassion without any thoughts of vengefulness or of dominating the other but to save the self-respect of the other person, then there is great spiritual merit in such an action, even though the other person could misunderstand your action and blame you or even get angry with you.
In every situation where a person with great love, kindness, and compassion for all living beings has gone out of their way to save another’s self-respect suffers vituperation and rejection need not worry because in the eyes of the Divine he or she has done no wrong but gained divine merit by their action.
You lose respect for self when you give into or are controlled by thoughts that arise out of your Ego, that are selfish or seeking self-gain. Therefore to respect yourself you have to be selfless in your thoughts and actions and not allow yourself to be guided or dominated by negative advice or opinions of others. Always try to seek guidance from your Mind and not your brain which is inculcated via perception.
For it has been accepted by wise ancients that ‘Perception’ that has developed from the opinions of others who have no love for humanity, and is bereft of your own discernment, is the tool of the Devil seeking to destroy the purity of your Mind and with the destruction – partly or fully – the destruction of respect for self and others is given birth.

‘CONTINUOUS FATIGUE’ – THE REAL CAUSE
This email is in answer to some people who wrote to me about themselves, friends of theirs, and also quite alarmingly, and some young children they knew, being depleted of energy upon awaking in the morning and wanted an explanation from me about this malady as they all had been under treatment from both mainstream and alternative medical practitioners for many months and some for many years but are still not completely cured.
A few of them have got so fed-up of living life feeling like a ‘wet rag’ that they had even contemplated suicide. But because of their children and other family obligations they desisted from doing so. All these queries arose after they had read an article of mine about the cause of various diseases.
A great many people wake up each morning feeling drained of energy with no incentive to get up from bed and go off to work, school, college, university etc; It is not because of staying up till late or any such thing. It is just that the body seems to refuse working in harmony with one’s thinking. Medical doctors allocate this phenomenon (it is not a disease) to breakdowns of the various systems that comprise the body and the most common being “Stress Related” or”Chronic Fatigue Syndrome” and although treatment is prescribed no really beneficial results are achieved. You may feel good for a few days or even weeks but suddenly the problem starts all over again.
You may recall my paper “A SPIRITUAL VAGRANT” in which I have explained the journey the cellular life force energy (CLFE) makes into the spirit or spiritual realm when we are asleep or are unconscious. Because of the many obstacles we come up against and the unavoidable chores that the physical body has to do on a daily basis just to survive, the CLFE (I’ll call it the ‘Spirit’ to make it easy) when it goes into the other realm becomes burdened with similar chores mostly to ease the work load that it has during the waking state. Because when one goes to sleep troubled by thoughts of some future activity, it in turn pushes the spirit to try and resolve the problem and bring comfort to the body.
The spirit is the source of energy that empowers the physical body to do various actions and becomes depleted or drained of energy like any other energy source when used indiscriminately. Upon coming back into the body just prior to waking up, it does not have the required power to activate the body functions a hundred percent. For in the spirit realm the CLFE is subject the same loss of energy when it is active as is the body in the physical realm. The reason why the body requires at least six to seven hours of untroubled sleep is because this is the period in which the entire body undergoes various repairs and replacements and cells are replenished with nutrients.
How does the spirit replenish itself of lost energy? Unlike the physical body that replenishes it’s lost energy via food and drink the spirit needs a spiritual source to have the same action. The physical can only be replenished through those that are physical giving up their intrinsic energy found in their physical properties which are converted into vitamins, proteins, carbohydrates, minerals, and such like whereas the energy of the spirit can be replaced only through the intake of Prana or Life Force Energy that is found pervading all of Creation.
Depending on the purity of food and drink we consume and the level of pollution in the atmosphere and in the water we drink and bathe, if either one of these sources has an adverse effect on our the lungs impairing its function in some manner, it will inhibit the intake of Prana in its required levels. When the level of Prana in the nourishment of our CLFE drops it causes a negative or adverse effect on the physical body opening it to invasion by all sorts of diseases and ailments.
If this negative action continues it will ultimately weaken the energy and strength of the energy cord that binds the spirit to the physical body like the foetus is bonded to the mother via the umbilical cord. When a stressful event like a sudden shock to the system occurs, like being jolted awake from a deep sleep or someone jumps at you out of nowhere, or some tragedy to a loved one occurring suddenly, the CLFE loses its cohesiveness for a nano-second leaving the cord bereft of energy. This is the reason when one receives a sudden shock to the system the entire body becomes lifeless and inactive for some time.
This action in turn makes the brain send out numerous urgent signals to every part of the body all at one and the same time causing a massive confusion to occur in all organs (the brain included) especially the endocrine system which stops the heart from functioning promptly causing death to the physical body.
The only way in which to keep the CLFE replenished of energy is to breathe deeply fillings one’s lungs to capacity, hold for a count of five, exhale to a count of five, don’t inhale to a count of five, then start all over again. When you are able, with practice, to increase the count to nine in each step all your problems will disappear.
So-called health problems such as Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Bi-Polar, Constant Anxiety attacks, all types of gastrointestinal problems, Insomnia, Male Erectile Problems, Skin Ailments, etc; etc; can be permanently cured if one has the perseverance and determination to stick to this regime conscientiously.
You must focus your thoughts when doing this exercise on visualizing that you are extremely strong in body and mind. This exercise must be done for ten minutes five times a day for the first week, next increase the interval by 2 counts making it seven for the next week, and finally bringing up the count to 9 in the third week. Thereafter, continue until your body comes to normalcy and is fit and energized.
You also must eat food that is unprocessed and free of chemical additives such as organic or bio-dynamic food and drink. Try to eat more of green vegetables and fruits cutting down on meats and fish. Cut down to a minimum the intake of tea and coffee and all alcoholic beverages other than a medicated tonic.
Don’t depend on medicines to prop you up long term. You must use the power of your mind to guide you through your sicknesses to become whole again and thereafter continue being healthy by doing the breathing exercise and deep meditation.
You can never achieve anything in Life unless you try with fortitude, perseverance, determination, and have total faith in the power within you and in what you are doing. Watch the two youtube documentaries given below that show you what the power of thought can do.

PARTINGS AND THE VEHICLE CALLED ‘HUMAN’
Why is it that partings from things – animate or inanimate – you truly care for bring so much emotional hurt and sadness? People care deeply for various things and not necessarily it be human. You could care for a place, person or thing, which to you has deep sentimental value but to another it would have no value at all and would seem ridiculous.
In this instance I wish to only speak about partings of one human being from another. Do pain and sadness, when parted from another, arise because you miss their company and interactions? Which in reality is a selfish trait because you as the beneficiary of a particular feeling has now been deprived of it, thereby giving rise to negative emotions. Is it that partings from a particular person brings about certain fears knowing that you will not have anyone dependable to lean on during times of trouble or emotional upheaval? Or is it because you used them as a crutch and now cannot let go? Again, isn’t this a loss arising from the advantage of self gain?
Or is it because for some strange and inexplicable reason it feels that something of utmost importance to you has gone out of your life making your life seem suddenly empty, making you realize deep within that this void could never be filled by anyone else?
When you have associated closely with someone over a period of time, getting to know them intimately, your spirit and theirs, if the association has been bereft of selfishness, self-gain, or insincerity, will bond in a mystical manner. This type of friendship is said to last many lifetimes into the future as it really comes through many lifetimes past. This type of strong entwinement of two spirits that takes place is indeed quite rare and if you are such a person to have such a friendship take it for granted that you have been truly blessed by the Divine Creative Force.
The primary factor on which any great association is built upon, be it a relationship between a parent and child, between two siblings, between two relations, a business partnership, or an intimate relationship or marriage, is ‘friendship’ that is cemented in honour and loyalty. Without these two qualities predominating the friendship becomes a farce.
When a friendship is genuine under no circumstance would one betray or let-down the other but would defend the other against enemies or detractors, either in their presence and even in their absence. Because in a true and sincere friendship there exists no difference between oneself and the other. Both exist as one entity.
How many people have you had in your life that you are able to sincerely say has touched your very spirit in a strange and mysterious manner that has caused you great spiritual pain when they parted from you. Be it because they passed away into the great unknown, or because they went away to a place where you may not be able to see and interact, physically, with them again?
Although we of this modern world have been indoctrinated by our peers to believe that we just have to live with these partings and have to move on in Life because we have no other choice in the matter, is totally not true.
All of the above stated is when one assess Life from doctrines that have appeared in every society many millennia ago to inculcate us, human beings, not to think beyond certain guidelines put in place by the so-called hierarchy who seem to govern us and the very way in which we live Life, for reasons best known to them.
I am going to tell you a story told to me by a Buddhist priest about forty years ago in Sri Lanka. He told me that this story had been handed down from generation to generation in his family which originated forty generations before. He came from a lineage of well known wizards and Ayurvedic healers.
I leave it to the reader to accept / believe it or not for everything that comes to us either in writing or by verbal transmission without any living witness to confirm a story, amounts to hearsay. To me the story at first was like science fiction but after many years of research into mysticism and the occult and observing how human beings have been behaving during the past decades, I find that the story has a great possibility of being true.
I really don’t know as to why this story should have regurgitated in my memory after all these decades. It may be because the controller wants the people to know the truth about the origin of the human race and not what has been spread over the centuries. I truly do not know.
During ancient times people who had formed such deep and strong bonds of friendship had the knowledge and ability to interact physically with their friends even if they were thousands of miles apart. This they did in two different ways. Those who were highly evolved in the secret knowledge of their fore fathers knew how to physically teleport themselves to any place they so wanted. The others who were not that advanced knew how to separate their spirits/minds from their physical bodies at will and translocate themselves to any place at any time as an apparition having no physicality. They could communicate verbally with their friends in this state of being without any difficulty.
These two branches of knowledge are still available only to those who are dedicated to raising the energy of their brain to merge with the energy of their mind /spirit so that there is no difference between the two. With this taking place their consciousness and persona become one and the same with no egotism, pettiness, fears, or sorrow to arise in it. Such people feel no sadness or sorrow and none of the other negative emotions normal human beings feel because to them Life is not confined to a place, person, or time. To them Life is a continuity bereft of form and negative feelings. To them Life is eternal in the very essence of the word. Only when they are in the physical sheath that they are bound by the vagaries of Nature. When you read on you will realize the spirit/mind that I’m referring to is not what you have accepted it to be through your learnings, but something totally different.
You may pose the question to me: “Do you know of any such person”? To which I would answer “Even if I did, I would not be able to divulge it to anyone. Not for any mysterious or occult reason but because I would not be able to prove in any way that it is the truth. Even if you were in my position you too would do the same, because most people are very small minded and skeptical and will take any opportunity to ridicule another who brings up a topic foreign or unknown to them that shows up their ignorance.”
This is the story the Priest related to me. I have gone further to fill in certain data as it was told to me in the Sinhala language which did not have any words to explain explicitly such things as galaxies and the Milky Way etc;
It is said that the original Man (not the now human kind) had no physical body as such and were tremendously powerful spirit beings who had the knowledge and ability to manifest anything they wanted, to go anywhere they pleased in a blink of an eye, etc;
They did not live in a physical world as we do. Their world was a world of pure energy having many levels of different frequencies. They lived in one particular frequency whereas other beings lived in realms of frequency that were different to theirs. But all of the levels existed or resonated within one interconnected framework of energy, which was said to be the energy of the Creative Life Force.
But, Man lost this ability of theirs when they tried to control and manipulate Nature in their world creating havoc that almost totally altered the frequency in all of the realms in which they and other beings existed. When this disaster took place it destroyed part of the framework killing millions of inhabitants. The various other races living within the framework got together and forcibly ordered Mankind out.
The word ‘Man’ comes from the Sanskrit word ‘Manusya’ and the way in which I have been taught it means: ‘Man’ = manasa = mind, and ‘usya’ = of height. In other words it means people of exalted minds.
Although a few of the hierarchy of Man were responsible for the cataclysm they and their supporters, who amounted to millions, were forced to leave their realm and seek a new homeland. Having no other choice these beings left their homeland together with various plants and animals in order that they had a means to survival wherever they went. I was not told how they managed to travel to the various galaxies they inhabited, but I surmise that if they were beings who were said to be so powerful and god-like they would have used their minds to teleport themselves and everything they wanted to take with them to whatever planet they chose.
You may think that the culprits are akin to our own scientists who dabble about trying to control and manipulate Nature without knowing the dangers and the consequences involved. These mere humans of today are in the process of repeating history in trying to play God. But then, on the other hand if the controllers don’t want this to happen do you for once believe that human beings (the vehicle) have become more powerful than the driver/controller well knowing that they cannot exist without the life force energy of the controller to animate it?
Why should they even have such an idea unless they have found an alternate source to animate them, and what type of power source would that be? If one were to observe without bias or prejudice the wars, toxic pollution of the lands, water sources, and the atmosphere, the degeneration of human beings through poverty, drugs, alcohol, and other foul sources one may surely wonder what is really taking place to cause this degeneration and to what end?
This mystery is far beyond my mental capacity to discern, therefore I leave it to my readers to try their hand at finding out the reason for this to happen.
A few of Mankind who had done good to their own kind and to others and who were spiritually evolved were allowed to stay. The other beings, in their millions, had nowhere else to go but to inhabit the various physical galaxies and solar systems that prevailed during that time. They all did not settle down in one galaxy but separated and went to different galaxies and solar systems. And in doing so they had to conform to different energy frequencies that were totally foreign to their own.
In order to live in a different environment they had to shield themselves from the various cosmic energies that pervaded these galaxies as they
discovered to the detriment of millions of their species that these cosmic energies were harmful to them. As such they had to improvise various protective coverings/sheaths to suit the various solar systems they inhabited. To do this they manifested physical bodies in which they could reside that would not be affected by cosmic radiation. This they did by cloning various physical properties found in those galaxies with part of their own energies and through materialization formed physical bodies that would prevent them from being exposed to deadly cosmic rays.
During the time it took to form such protective shields many millions of their people died. Most of them escaped death by hiding beneath the physical foundations of the planets they occupied. It was during this period of time that they realized that taking a portion of the very planet they lived on and cloning it with there own genetic make-up they could protect themselves from death and live above ground.
Some came came to the galaxy we know as the Milky Way. In this galaxy there are many solar systems and Man decided to spread themselves over the many solar systems without all residing in one and this they did for the protection of their species. Those who came to the solar system where Earth was born many billions of years later found the environment very conducive to their health and decided inhabit other planets in it. As centuries and millennia went by they carried out many experiments to find the ideal physical sheath that would suit their purpose perfectly. Those who had gone to other solar system and galaxies kept in touch with each other via their minds and also kept up to date on the various experiments they too had accomplished with their manifestations using genetic fusion.
During very early experiments they created forms that were gigantic in size to the smallest possible, and totally unlike the bodies we possess now but kept to one blueprint / format. An entrance for nutrients and an aperture for waste product to go out, and a food processing center in-between. These physical bodies had different habitats. Some lived upon the land, some underground, others in water, and some others in the air.
To make these physicalities perfect to suite their every requirement they made the bodies in such a manner that it became animated by the life force energy only when they occupied the body. This was also their safety switch in case something went wrong. They could leave the body instantaneously and save themselves even if the body got destroyed. Whenever they were out of a physical body, the body remained partially animate with their automatic body functions continuing to keep the body alive but having no conscious awareness or conscious movements as such.
The present human body is a result of billions of years of experimentation by Man living in different solar systems. After planet Earth was born and became habitable (this process took billions of years to accomplish) the hierarchy of Man living in the various solar systems and galaxies decided that planet Earth should be the testing ground for the species of vehicles that they had created by their mutually co-ordinated experiments
Every tribe of Man who had participated in this particular experiment found that the body (vehicle) that they had created had a tendency to mutate into something that was beyond their expectations. This body was so powerful after its mutation that it could defy the commands of its controller and do things according to what its desires wanted by-passing every effort of the controller to control its actions. This is when “Choice” became programmed into human beings. It was suspected by the hierarchy that some renegade scientist in their group had permutated the experiments in order that mutations would occur, for reasons of their own.
Therefore, Man, decided to destroy most of these vehicles but keep a few for their observations and further experiments. But, there was no way in which to reverse the process of mutation that had already taken place.
Planet Earth was selected to be the habitat for these mutants and each solar system in different galaxies contributed a certain number and the hierarchy made a pact to keep these mutants under constant observation for if or when they find these beings getting out of hand they – the hierarchy – agreed that they were to be destroyed, en mass if necessary.
These vehicles from different solar systems were of different colouring and stature to each other and this is one reason for human beings on Earth to have different coloured skin pigmentation and physical stature depending on the race from which they came.
As it happened life forms on Earth, especially those we now know as human beings, have been subject to annihilation a few times. And this happened whenever they became too advanced in knowledge and began to control and manipulate Nature. What do you think is happening in the world today? Are not certain countries using various types of machines that generate enormous electro-magnetic energy to control and manipulate Nature, creating inclement weather conditions such as tsunamis, earth quakes, volcanic eruptions, droughts, floods etc; etc; in almost every country on Earth?
What do you think that Man would do to us now that this power to control Nature is getting out of hand? Are we not getting ready for another world wide annihilation of life-forms on Earth, and who do you imagine is going to survive this time?
Those who have adhered to the spiritual and moral guidelines and teachings set down by the hierarchy which has been made accessible to millions of people via the various media during the past few decades will escaped death. Haven’t you yet realized that during the past few decades there has been a massive upsurge towards religion and spirituality throughout the world? Why do you think that this has been taking place? Think about it seriously as not only your existence depends upon it but also the existence of your living progeny and of those to come in the future.
Each established religion is trying to overpower the other through violence leading to millions of death and more millions facing destitution. Why suddenly is there a mad rush for people to become religious or spiritual? The reason for this is that Man the controller has been in the process of deciding that the time has come to cull the human species of its renegades but save those who have adhered to the teaching of morality and spirituality, and create a better environment for those who survive. But by doing so they not only get rid of the troublemakers and also they get rid of millions of those who will serve no purpose but be burdens on society. This may seem very harsh to us vehicles but from their (Man’s) point of view what they are destroying and getting rid of are only vehicles that have no independent life force energy of their own.
As Man has begun to bond better with the mutated human form they have decided that they who belong to a particular bloodline should genetically bond with their vehicles and make the resultant species conform to interacting with their own genetic kind in order to reach the epitome of their mutation in a few generations. They are determined not to repeat the mistake of their ancestors. But others of their kind have different ideas. They want to dominate the rest of their species and also control Nature in order to be one with the Divine Creative Force. This battle has been continuing for billions of years with seemingly no end to it.
This entire exercise up to the present has taken hundreds of billions of years to accomplish, and in doing so almost all of Mankind lost their great powers and knowledge through neglect and disinterest as their fight for survival took precedence taking up most of their time and mind power leaving no time for them to teach their progeny the method/s of activating the enormous powers inherent within them.
But, in certain bloodlines this knowledge has been passed down from generation to generation and with the advent of religions and the persecutions that took place to enforce this new culture on people, this knowledge went underground. Religions were brought about by certain groups of Man in order to confuse the humans and prevent them from using the inherent intelligence within themselves. In this manner they could keep the majority of humans on Earth as docile slaves to do their every bidding without any disobedience.
A few of Mankind who were spiritual masters passed down only a part of the original knowledge to their children and their students, and some of this knowledge is known to the Yogis of India. With this knowledge, anyone who took the trouble to adhere to its teaching and prepare themselves
were able to receive the final indoctrination from their spiritual ancestors when they were deemed ready. The saying: “When the student is ready the Master will appear” was coined to represent such a situation.
This is the reason as to why the humans we have come to know as Yogis and people similar to them spend much of their time in deep meditation. They do so in order to raise the resonance of their cells that comprise their physical body to that of the controller within them, for this they believe is the final step in their evolution.
The Bible has a similar story about Lucifer and his angelic hoards and also about Adam and Eve being tossed out of heaven by God the Creator. If Heaven is not a physical place but a place of pure energy where do you think that Adam and Eve would have gone when they left Heaven? The same with Lucifer and his hoards.
Now that I have explained the origin of what we know to be as human beings I can come back to the original story about partings because it will be easier for the reader to now discern what really is the ‘spirit’ which religions and spiritual philosophies speak about.
What really bonds together between two people are the two charioteers or controllers of the physical vehicle known as the human body and not the two physical bodies themselves. Because the body without the charioteer / controller is inanimate lump of flesh and bone that has no power to bond with another.
Therefore, people who really and sincerely feel a loss when parted from someone who has been a friend, partner, or lover are those who have been bonded together by the energies and thoughts that exist in the beings within the physical body but not the two physical bodies themselves.
Therefore, when you say that you love someone dearly and sincerely and is deeply attracted to that person in the most inexplicable manner not considering good looks or beauty, social position, age, ethnicity, religion or race, it is the being within your physical body that actually generates this feeling when it bonds with someone it has known throughout the centuries and millennia past. The reason for this to take place is because LOVE that is pure and sincere is the most powerful source of energy and power that has ever come into being.
It certainly is not the attraction that is felt by the five senses of the physical body via perception which is temporary, bereft of continuity beyond a short period in the present life time. Therefore do not be fooled by what you feel for a person for it may not be what you expect it to be. That is the reason as to why in ancient spiritually evolved civilizations the elders of the tribe always taught the children how to determine and differentiate their true feelings of two energies bonding without mixing them up with feelings arising out of sensual and sexual dominance generated by the five sense organs.
I again say with emphasis, the greatest and final test that Man seeks is to get the human body to merge itself into Man within and be one with it. If and when this happens the perfect achievement of Man will have been met. For Man is then ready to become whole again and move not only in the physical realm but through every realm, physical and spiritual, in the entire universe. This is the goal that Lord Buddha, Confucius, Zoroaster, and so many other spiritual stalwarts throughout the many millennia gone by have desperately sort.
I know that some of my readers will find this article too long and boring because they lack the discipline to read anything that has to do with discernment and deep analysis because they prefer Life to be easy without too much trouble. In no way could I have summarized this without the essence of the subject being taken away and that would not have conveyed the real meaning of what Life is all about.
